Every project starts with a free on-site assessment — I come out, look at the roof or HVAC system, measure loads, and put together a written fixed-price quote. No ballpark numbers, no change-order surprises.

Typical ranges for Palm Beach County work: a residential solar install runs $3.00–$3.50 per watt before the 30% federal credit (about $18,000–$30,000 for a 7–10 kW system after incentives), a heat-pump replacement runs $6,500–$14,000 installed depending on SEER rating and ductwork, and most HVAC repairs land between $250 and $2,500. Our core service area is Palm Beach County: Wellington, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, and Greenacres — those are our ten daily-run cities.

For projects outside that core — into Broward, Martin, or the Acreage — we travel up to about a 30-mile radius from Wellington on a case-by-case basis, routed to keep response time tight. If you’re just outside that radius and the job is right, give us a call; we’ll tell you straight whether we can take it.

It depends on whether the call is an emergency. Emergency calls — no AC in August, a system that’s quit in a heat wave, a hot-water outage — we aim for same-day response inside the PBC core, often within hours during peak cooling season.

For scheduled work (a routine repair, a maintenance visit), we typically book 2–5 business days out from your call. Larger installs (full solar, heat-pump swap with ductwork) usually run 2–4 weeks from signed contract because of permitting, equipment lead times, and FPL scheduling.

Either way, you’ll get a real window on the phone — not “sometime next week.”

New solar installs carry a 25-year workmanship warranty from us on the roof-side installation, plus the full manufacturer warranty passed through on the panels (typically 25–30 years) and inverters (10–25 years depending on brand).

For heat-pump installs, we back the work with a 10-year parts warranty and our own labor guarantee, layered on top of the manufacturer’s compressor and coil warranty.

On HVAC repairs, every repair carries a 1-year labor warranty — if the same part fails inside a year, we come back and fix it at no charge. All warranty terms are spelled out in writing in your proposal before any work starts.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and ACH for any size job. For larger HVAC and solar projects we layer in:

FPL on-bill financing — a PACE-equivalent option that lets you repay through your utility bill with no upfront cost, subject to eligibility.

Our own in-house 12- and 24-month same-as-cash terms for qualifying HVAC replacements.

Deposit + milestone billing for larger solar work — typically 30% to schedule, 50% at install, 20% at FPL interconnection.
